Incredibly slow service. There were two workers the entire time and one of them when the shop was full stood around and watched effectively doubling the amount of time to make the food. The worker that did take my order was slow and unresponsive

Asked for a foot long in a wrap and they didnt even know how to wrap it properly. On top of that, when I tried to use my foot long coupon they wouldn’t let me cause it was a wrap and not a sandwich...

Forget about the other comments mentioning bad service, the biggest concern should be the health risks of this location!
The vegetables were soggy like they were past their throw out date, and when I tried eating the meat (steak and cheese sandwich) I threw up after one bite because their meat was spoiled, by at least 3 days! It tasted like spoiled meat, which I'm sure everyone else has experienced.
If there is a health inspector out there reading this, please go to this location and shut them down until they start following food safety recommendations!

Very poor service .. the lady who works in this subway has really communication skills as well as is really rude..we understand that sometimes the joint gets busy with lots of orders but that doesn’t mean that you be rude to your customer.. the first incident was I walked into the joint and had to order 4 sandwiches but she would only take 2 per person so we had to split the orders between 2 ppl then while preparing the sandwich she’s like please be quick and speaks rudely then she asks if we want a takeout or dine in , we were planning to eat half subway in the join and half later at home so we told her takeout so that we could eat half and take the other half out!! But when we sat on the tables she left her busy customers and asks us rudely that why are you sitting in when you called for a take out!! Really disappointing!!
Would never visit here again and nor my friends will!!!

The lady needs more help. It takes 10-15 mins in the store to finish an order if there's nore than 1 customer. She is the ony working. The food trays doesnt look sanitary as well.

Decided to change our regular lunch schedule and try a sandwich, Our experience at first was pleasant, the facility was clean, though they could use a bit of AC, it was rather warm waiting to order. Our decision to get a sandwich went down South, with another couple who were arguing about having "Foriegn" material in thier food and they were furiously requesting a refund, though the worker denied such allegations, It may require attention due to the repeated requests of other customers, They went so far as to have the "Owner" talk to them over phone, and he still denied a Refund.. Only caved after threats of litigation. By this time I had lost my appetite and we all decided to avoid this Location like the Plauge.
Also worth noting, This location's owner is the same one as the one that use to be over at Union Landing, Next to the Food store.
My overall advice? Dont bother, They obviously dont care.
