5 star service!! I wanted to host a party, and the manager, Joel, was extremely helpful and made sure I had exactly what I wanted. Our waitress, Key, was phenomenal! She held the entire party down and made sure everyone was well taken care of. I appreciate the service and will continue to be a customer.

Live near this location however first time visiting. The food is just okay three stars out of five. The service (waiting staff) it's two stars out of five. Would I return to this location again.. No I rather go to the college Park location instead. And the waitress had the nerve to add gratuity to my Bill for $8. However her service was horrible, had to ask other waitresses to even find her to get my bill.

Notice they don't advertise having the best wings in town? That's because everyone in town already knows the answer is JR Crickets! The staff is friendly, the service is quick and what I had was worth every penny spent. I was a little jealous of the philly cheese steak my coworkers got. It looked amazing. They have two pool tables, a nice size bar, several TVs, plenty of entertainment to enjoy. If you haven't been here before, go ahead and give it a shot.

the wings are so small!!!!!!! super unfortunate because reddit hyped this place up hard. was real sad about the wing sizes, i felt like i was eating baby chicken bones. the service was fine, our server was very nice. if you want customer retention, i would recommend focusing on ordering food from a new supplier. definitely says something when the celery on a wing plate is the shining star.

My husband ordered a jolly rancher for me straight liquor, I ordered BBQ wings and honey garlic wings all they put on the honey garlic was honey. This is the 2nd time going out so be my last. I'll stick to the one on main st. Their glasses for $9 way taller and the drinks are what you ask for not pure liquor. It's the right location my husband asked for it and the bartender attempted to make it. I'm very familiar with where I was it's the location in the Kroger plaza.
