7 eleven never allow customer to use the restroom, always bath out of order that why i will get my coffe and use the bath with WAWA, wawa always have a clean and open bath.

I was a taxi driver.One night, I was thirsty and need bath room. I went in to the store tried to use bath room. The worker told me only custom can use bath room and I need pay at counter first. This is such BS. Worst 7/11 and worst custom service ever seen.

The worst costomer service ever I tried having a rationalized conversation with one of the workers and he came at me with “ you can’t buy don’t mess with me” they wasted my time and energy before I went back to the store I asked the owner if it was ok that I was 18 to buy lava pods he said “yes 18 no problem” I said ok and went to get my id when I go back they tell me I can’t buy it and treat me disrespectfully I wouldn’t go there they never greet people with a smile and always have an attitude won’t be spending my money there again.
