Mcdonald's

It seems like every single time I go there, the food has been sitting under a warmer for too long. Almost every single time with no fail, they mess up a special request on my order. I’m a pretty understanding person, but this is just plain ridiculous. I ordered 2 of these, no extra onion and sauce as requested and the bagel is pretty hard to be honest. I don’t normally post things like this, I like to give every place the benefit of the doubt, but this place takes the cake for the worst McDonald’s in what I would guess would be the entire county. There is no point in calling and getting the food made AGAIN because I literally just had to call a few days ago because I ordered 6 sandwiches and only received 4 and only ONE of those sandwiches were correct. When I called, I’m not sure who answered but they were rude about it and when I did get new sandwiches they were sloppily put together. Just by looking at the new food I could see I upset someone by having them do their job. At this point, I don’t think this McDonald’s will be getting my business anymore.

This location is by far the least accurate, lowest quality McDonalds location in the entirety of Erie County. There is always either something missing, such as today where both sandwiches were missing from our bag, or they're made poorly, or old fries or nuggets are given. This location is incredibly poor service and order quality. In its current state, I don't recommend this location. If you can go anywhere else, do so.

Horrid. No one at pay window. Waited almost 5 minutes for someone .omgosh she said so sorry didnt know you were here. And it was busy. 10 minutes plus at food window. Line of cars behind me. Kids just wandering around in store. I did complain about the wait. Threw my burger out window. So much salt. Horrid. The owner should be ashamed

After spending all day in Erie with my Dad getting a heart procedure, we stop here on our way home, a 2 hour drive..went through drive thru, ordered a 4b, spicy chicken sandwich...ate fries then opened sandwich only to find a bacon cheese burger..we are too far to turn around and I dont eat bacon cheeseburgers..thanks, it really made a awful day even worse...hire people who can follow a slip. No they weren't busy either. I've worked in the food ind6before..its not that hard to warm up a sandwich and wrap it
