This was one of my kids favorite places when we spent our three years in Ukiah. They knew it was a place for special treats and relished every minute of goodness. Great selection, location and crack staff. Ice cream is to die for.

Ac was broken it was hotter than hell in there but those three ladies behind the counter where sweet and had great customer service!!! Yummy ice cream as always. Reccomend the brownie Sundae!

The two young ladies behind the counter were very friendly and courteous. When a small child accidentally dropped his ice cream cone, one of the girls replaced it for free, which I thought was very nice. Too many places would have made that parent pay again. Despite being a rather busy time, both girls still gave great customer service.

The Banana Royale is a smaller version of a banana split. You choose the flavors of 2 scoops of ice cream. I had chocolate sauce, whipped cream, nuts. They didn't have cherries, but usually you get a cherry.

a little pricey but good icecream and icecream cakes, friendly service. I have never been treated bad or rudely here at all, it has always been fast friendly and polite service.. unless its super busy(witch can be expected) its unusually clean and well kept in the lobby and behind the counter

Great little ice cream shop. They have cones, waffle cones, waffle bowls, milkshakes in any and every flavor you can think of. They are open pretty late for ukiah and they are always fully staffed with nice freindly people. Its always a good place to cool down in the summer, not only with ice cream but they keep it cold inside.
