Wow I was not expecting to find such a great sandwich spot in the middle of Ukiah CA, but let me tell you this place was great! The shopping center location looked a little rough, I was not sure what I was getting into, but I am glad I didn't let it change my mind. Fantastic bread options including Dutch crunch and many more, loads of meat and other options as well. I will be coming here again any time I am in the area, do not hesitate to try this place out, you will not be disappointed.

Had the Italian and it was delicious... Probably the best sandwich around. My wife had the roast beef all the way with Dutch crunch so good.... Highly recommend. Great lunch spot. Very fast.

At work this week we ordered sandwiches from The Bottle Shop. It's a team favorite. Besides great sandwiches, it's a local business that is passionate about first rate service. We ordered ahead. When I arrived to pickup our order, everything was ready, names on wrappers, and boxed to to-go. Try for yourself. You'll love it.

Great sandwiches, I'm never disappointed. A bunch of side dishes in the cooler as well. Friendly and fast staff, with a bathroom right next to their bread! Great selection of beer and wine, but no prices. I guess if you have to ask you can't afford it.

We were passing through the area and really wanted a good sandwich. You pick your bread, meat, cheese, condiments, and veggies. You also pick the size of the sandwich. We ordered two large sandwiches, one on soft sourdough, the other on Dutch crunch. The sourdough was made with smoked turkey, pepper jack, and veggies. The Dutch crunch was made with roast beef and provolone, lettuce, and mayo. These sandwiches ranked up near the best we've had. The sourdough soft, yet still had the chewy bite you expect from sourdough. The Dutch crunch was also enjoyable, however, I prefer the sourdough. The meats on both sandwiches was tasty.. The sandwiches were cut in half. We ate half and saved the other half for later. We will definitely be back the next time we are passing through.

It's been 13 years since I've eaten at the bottle shop. I moved out of the area. Took my nephew there today. I'm now gluten free, and many restaurants in Ukiah do not offer a gluten free option, especially a deli. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out they do offer a gluten free bread in a small, regular or large option. It was amazing, even with a different bread. Great fast staff and very friendly. I will be back soon.

Never going to the bottle shop again. Fucking $12 for a sandwich and they fucked it all up. I wanted pepper jack and Swiss I got cheddar. I wanted mendo mustard I got yellow. I wanted and paid for bacon I got none. I wanted pepperchinies I got 2 little pieces on the whole fucking sandwich. All I can say is WTF

This is in response to your new proposal to take action against the homeless people in our community. I'm curious how you support families that have fallen on hard times, if youre discouraging a shelter?
Maybe, support looks less like "take it somewhere else" and it looks more like "lets improve the conditions and treatments here for these people so they arent leaving alcohol behind my store, or anyones store. "
Essentially youre trying to shift the work to another business, a different place.
Supporting families who fall on hard times, does not mean trying to make a shelter for those people inaccessible or bothersome to access.
Discrimination against race, gender, and CLASS in the united states is alive and well, and this is our "small-town ignorant" reminder.
I feel inclined to comment that i wont be eating here anymore when i do come and visit my family. I considered this place a monument of my childhood, but this is disappointing. you could do better and ill expect that of you and your business.
Until you are a honorable establishment (aka actually supporting your community, not just when its convenient) me and others wont be supporting you.
Although im confident that i will be getting alot of backlash about this and people claiming that its normal for honorable establishments to make social work more difficult for the community, like you currently are attempting. backlash doesnt mean my opinion isnt being heard or individually formed through the community.
