My niece and I came here today to have a little “niece and aunty time” and as we were talking my 9 almost 10 year old niece says “Little Al-Walleed should be the employee of the month or something cause he got left all alone working and he made our drinks fast enough so he can take care of other customers” lol😅 I said for sure I will tell this to him and I did. So but I also asked him if we could have this written attention to his boss but he said it would be better if I write the review on here! So Yes! You went above and beyond. For my niece and I “little Al” thanks so much for making us feel welcomed and for a great customer service🙏🏼 THANK YOU 😊

Located at 1st level of Tysons mall, so always there is a line. Many times half & half, milk, or both , run out, and you have to ask to get some. Since the baristas are very busy, they simply don't have time to refill the flasks. Both overall, considering the popularity of the place, the service is good.

So let me tell you something, I purchased 2 vanilla bean frappz, and 2 chocolate chip cookies. We specifically asked for EXTRA whip cream; when i received my beverages, I saw that the lovely barista had layered my drink with levels of whipped cream! Talk about finesse! It definitely made my day and I will be coming back:)
