the caring and friendly employee has surprised me by warming up milk for my coffee and as a coffee lover i always try to get a hot coffee hot however to get one, it is challenging sometimes in some chain stores where a customer can be easily ignored due to the rash or anything else. Here, since the Starbucks coffee has already had its own magical affect, the employees' nice behavior makes that affect double. i recommend it for the sake of its nice employees.

My favorite Starbucks. Super convenient on the first floor of the mall. For all my coffee lovers, it's perfect to give you a pep in your step to shop your way up to the 3rd floor. It's a great location for meets up too!

The place was packed -as you can see in my 2nd picture- yet the drinks were excellent.
I am deducting 1 star because l waited over 15 minutes waiting for my drinks.
However, I thank all the employees for their hard work and having a smile for the customers.

The staff at the Tysons Galleria Starbucks are extraordinary! I go for the coffee, but their service is impeccable. They are enthusiastic and helpful. I ask how it is possible for someone to love their job as much as they do!? They really help me kick my day off into the right gear in the mornings. I have to give an extra shout out to Shannon and Miriam - they are the BEST!!! Go see them - they are full of cheer and good vibes. See you soon, Starbucks fam!!! - Sunshine!

First time at this Starbucks for me. And I must say absolutely amazing I was greeted by a young lady by the name mariam and honestly never ever had better customer service out of all the Starbucks I ever been to! I felt right at home!! I’ve been going to this location for the past 10 years. It’s definitely my favorite place to get my coffee meeting my clients and friends. My days are better when I go for a visit there seeing friendly faces, Everyone works there are so nice and friendly most of them all remember me by my name and my favorite drinks. Specially Shannon and Miriam they are both awesome! They will go extra miles to provide excellent customer service. Definitely 5 stars for them and the team!

What can I say? Starbucks, not government, is the lifeblood of the DC metro. While they are almost always crowded at this location, they are fast and have never gotten my order wrong. Would have given 5 stars if they had better seating.

I love the whole crew here. They are all very nice & courteous! I had a large cup of house coffee this morning during break time from my nutraMetrix training. I couldn't drink anymore coffee after class & I was too tired to go eat anywhere else. I came back to this Starbucks for a Chorizo Egg & Cheese Sandwich to comfort my tummy before bed! They knew that I couldn't drink another cup of coffee; the gave me a cup of water with my sandwich! I was very impressed! Especially because I didn't request it or expect it at all! I couldn't ask for more than their exceptional customer service! All of them were friendly & sincere! This Starbucks is very lucky to have such a great crew! They even waived bye to me & said that they will see me tomorrow; as I left to go back to my room at to rest.
