We had to wait over 20 minutes for food which makes sense because who orders KFC at 6:45 in the evening. Once we got it, the chicken was sparsely breaded and the Mac and cheese was cold. On the bright side, the biscuits were good.

The food was hot but unfortunately my order was not correct which meant driving back through the drive through. I was missing two items which were replaced promptly and were hot as well. No napkins either!! 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

Hot and fresh food...no matter what time of day! My grandson truly loved the new fry recipe and tenders. We had the meal...2 days in a row.....YUUUUUMMMMYYYY

At 8:28 there was hardly enough chicken for an 8 piece. So they mixed it. The chicken was old and literally had visible dark oil towards the bottom of the bucket. When I removed the chicken there was minimum a quarter cup of oil in the bottom. So my grandbabies are the mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was thrown away. We live 20-25 minutes away. Check your food before leaving. That way maybe you can get a refund or better food.

Love the mash potatoes and biscuits. I use to be a regular but I stop by occasionally and it's still great!
