The Blue Store

Great Place for Burgers, they were hardy and awesome. I saw plenty of menu choices on their food bar during a short morning stop and decided to check out their dining on our way back from a road trip. I was so impressed I decided to have a photo shoot and upload all the pics I could of the place. I’m definitely coming back in the future.

Visited to see if their hamburgers were as good as I've read. Short answer...Yes. Great basic burgers. The place is a convenience store with home dining room tables in the back between the aisles, picnic tables on the front porch and an enclosed sun room with a few more tables. Folks were super friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable. Be sure that I will go back the next time I'm in the area.

AMENDED FROM 2⭐'s TO 1 AFTER ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE. Well I needed fuel because I had to go to work and it was the closest place. The way the staff look at you when you need something from them will remind about how much faith you should have in your fellow man. C'mon, I work with the public 50hrs/wk. I will do all I can so my customers leave satisfied. I great them with a welcome as soon as they are in my lobby. Not just look at them, roll my eyes and walk off and send someone else who has, or pretends to have no clue what I am saying. I know it's not just me but, every time I go in the staff are rude and products are way overpriced. One time I paid for $30.00 for fuel, the girl that barely spoke any English didn't set the pump. So it pumped more than $5.00 over what I paid. Upon noticing it I went back in and paid for the rest. Guess they are lucky that I am honest. Or maybe it's there own way of hustling. The only thing I will get from this place is air. It's free...

Stopped here after a heavy day of moving and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and overall experience. All the employees were extremely nice and very welcoming. Ordered three hamburgers with sides and got them all in a timely manner. Very delicious smash style burger. Would come here again with friends!!!

November 2, 2021. Blue Store burgers went south of excellent when a "meat change" happened. (This critique comes from 25 years worth of eating at Blue Store Burgers) The hamburgers went from excellent to below average.... Was a time when Blue store served excellent hamburgers with fresh ground meat from Sam's. The fresh hamburger patty made for an excellent hamburger. .....NOW... Now, Blue store uses a dry frozen patty. The meat is tough and tastless...more like roughly the taste and texture of cardboard... I promise...Not like it used to be. The great taste is gone. Five of us adults all agreeded on the low quality of our last purchased burgers from Blue store being Nov. 2, 2021. Until such time as Blue store goes back to fresh ground tasty patties from Sam's, my burgers will come from somewhere else. The cooks remain courteous at Blue Store...as slways. Come on Blue Store...you can do better...Have done better.
