Nothing Bundt Cakes

Just the other day my sweet tooth kicked in and I knew that I needed to act fast. After deciding that Bundt Cakes were what I wanted, I drove the 45 minute drive and arrived. Upon entering, I was greeted by Logan, the sweetest soul I have ever had the opportunity of meeting. His wavy hair and lovely smile made me feel like I was back with my nan-nan. The cakes tasted like heaven on earth. Thank you Logan and thank you Bundt Cakes!!!

We’ve ordered from Nothing Bundt Cakes on several occasions now and I am always blown away by the flavor and quality of their cakes. From the full size bundts down to their minis. There is no other cake that beats their amazing, flavorful and moist bundt cakes. Not to mention, the icing has the perfect sweetness and creaminess. I have always ordered online ahead of time, so I can’t speak for their in-person customer service, but I will always recommend ordering online.

Today I wanted 8 ich frosted Bundt cake. The lady said that was fine it will take a few min to Frost. I said that was find I would wait. Anyways I’m waiting for what I think is a frosted cake. They say chocolate cake with no frosting. I’m like I got one but I want frosting so the lady at the front slams the door to the cakes open all mad. Throws the flower off. She is the one that miscommunicated to me. She said she was sorry about it but I mean she was shaking with anger. Anyways I’m the one who has to wait for no reason because the employees can communicate! Than are rude!! I love love love the food.

We use Nothing Bundt Cakes for work as well as personal events. Today was my daughters baby shower so I ordered 5 dozen bundtinis. Not sure if it’s new management or new owners but they were not friendly with their new staff they were training while we were all checking in. Then when my order was brought out, I asked for a bag so they didn’t slide in my car. Was told I would have to pay for a bag. Ok not a huge deal since pries are going up everywhere. But I already paid more for these bundtinis then I did a few months ago. I didn’t need a fancy bag, just a bag. I asked how much so I could get money (again not offered a paper or plastic bag to serve the purpose of not sliding around) but I made the comment that I didn’t come prepared since they’ve always provided a bag before. The guys response was, “ you’re the reason we can’t provide bags anymore since you don’t bring them back!” Thank you sir, I will not be back! The quality of your product does not outweigh how you treat people. Kindness does matter!

I love Nothing Bundt Cakes and ordered there frequently. Today I called inquiring about additional flavors for bundtinis... I needed to order three dozen and wanted a couple of different flavors but you can now only order the standard assortment - which is four flavors. The male who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up before I could ask anymore questions. Probably best to order online and not make any special requests.
