Janie's Cakes

Very delicious cake!! I tried the sample of plain pound cake and paid for the chipper cake both were very good! Now the cake come at a cold temperature but once you allow it to sit out at room temperature or warm it for 30sec like I did because I didn’t want to wait lol. Your able to taste the deliciousness of the cake! Overall the experience visiting was awesome they greet with a warm smile and offer other little sample goodies to try that they sale! Way to go janie’s Proud customer :)

I received my cake on Wednesday, June 3. I was excited to receive it and eagerly opened the box which was well packed. However, I was disappointed in that the cake was undercooked and the bottom of it was extra moist and mushy. I had noticed prior to cutting it that the cake itself was very light as opposed to the golden crust normally. I am a pound cake lover and know when a cake is taken out of the oven a bit too soon. Janie’s was not willing to replace the cake or do anything for me. Disappointing is all I can say.

A wonderful experience! The folks at Janie's were so helpful as I investigated cake options for a baby shower I was hosting. The gluten-free Plain Jane Pound Cake with lemon and key lime curd was simply amazing. The shower honoree had not been able to eat pound cake in over ten years - she was overwhelmed by the flavor and texture of Janie's cake. Terrific service, beautiful packaging, and most importantly a product of the highest quality. I love to find a local company dedicated to the highest standards. They have earned my highest recommendation.
