Whataburger

Staff is very disorganized, doesn't listen or pay attention to what you order and in return you don't get what you ordered most of the time! Whataburger advertises "Just like you like it." Apparently no one knows that here! Another issue is staff doesn't tell customers that they are out of things or they are rationing things like ketchup. When we picked up our most recent order, we were told that we could only have one package of ketchup for each large order of fries. My response was if that's the case, then give me our money back and that will be the most expensive package of ketchup you never sold!! Common sense would dictate that if you can't get your name brand ketchup, then at least offer a replacement and tell your customers upfront before they order.

They always have decent burgers, but this visit was one of the worst times I have ever been in a Whataburger! "Limited" menu for whatever reason, but they don't let you know that until you are already in the restaurant. And then they were out of: Medium Size Cups, Regular Ketchup, Shake Mix, and any sort of Competent Management!

Food is good but the service was horrible! We did drive thru and the girl was EXTREMELY rude, almost threw our card back at us, then made us wait 30 minutes for 2 orders. They were talking and laughing and when they were finally ready to give it to us she handed it to us so aggressively. So disappointed!

Not quite up to the standards I'm used to at Whataburger. They were out of several items, including ketchup. I was charged for a combo meal but I only ordered water as a drink. They shorted us an order of fries, which I had then rectify. They were, however, friendly and fast. The dining room clean.

A great location right by Wal-mart so you can get all your needs fulfilled in one run! The interior lobby is big, spacious, and clean. I love the material they used for the tables and seats it definitely adds some flair to the lobby. An upscale look if you would. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and helped promptly despite them being busy. Always a plus! Also, they have condiments at the table so that was something I was happy about. I know some don't and they will bring the tray to each table and offer them to you. This way I feel no shame in wanting to use 3 packets of ketchup with my fries...lol! The restrooms are very, very clean and spotless so that was wonderful as well about this location. That really makes or breaks a place in my eyes and they passed all my pet peeves I look for in a food joint. I would highly reccommend this location to anyone wanting a 5 Star experience from Whataburger. Also if you've never had Whataburger you don't know what you're missing out on!! Get with it the best burgers in the business!!
