The service here and employees are always good to great.
My review is for whomever is in management and made their staff stay open with only three employees on super bowl Sunday. They are swamped and struggling. This is poor management and not supportive of your employees to have them working so shorted staffed and stressed out (with good reason). I had to wait a very long time in a long line with a long line of cards after me. I hope to see changes here asap so they are supported or I will not be coming here again.

To the old manager lady. I think her name is KAREN? Please hold yourself to a better STANDARD. Nobody wants to here you yelling this early in the morning about someone with a small trailer on there vehicle 🙄 . Getting food for there kids in the drive through......

The happy meal fries, small as they are, were only half full. Each child got about 15 fries, and 2 of them were upside down inside the happy meal box... Is it so hard to put the fries in right side up?
We ordered 3 happy meals, a spicy chicken meal, and a chicken sandwich, for 5 people. We got 4 napkins. 😱
This McDs doesn't have salads anymore.
Otherwise, pretty standard McDs experience.

They had problems figuring out my order after they had given me chicken sandwiches instead and how to make a Big Mac seems to be a problem for them as the photo shows. They'll throw meat together and bun together but not built like a Big Mac is supposed to be. Not likely to return.

Dbl cheese burger was 👍👍, the twin cheeseburgers was 👍, but the French fries 🍟 we're dry and no salt not your normal fries. I love there fries normally.

The drive thru took orders one at a time. The worker was very impolite.

Sandwiches were poorly assembled, staff members were yelling to each other across dining room. But like it's McDonald's so what do you expect.
The bathrooms and dining room were clean.
