Great, friendly service. I mostly use the app to order and it gets me through quickly. I eat here a lot. Their value menu is perfect when I'm low on cash but don't want to cook. Highly recommend them.

Line in drive through took forever. I ordered what i wanted. Got to window it was not right figured it out before pulling out opened my food and it was still wrong after asking one simple request that was given to the manager. Apparently it was pretty tough and hard to understand asking for cheese which i was charged for but didn't receive. Kind of hilarious at that point so i just kept driving to my town where they can handle it. Sorry guys but seriously. I won't return.

Literally such great service. Several times team members who were off the clock (going into work or on their way out) went out of their way to check and make sure we had been helped. Also, Emily is the bomb! So cheerful and genuine!

Drive through was closed due to new pavement, not the end of the world....however the prepay consoles were both out of order ( seems like poor planning or really bad timing). Order was $18.62. 1 × burrito, 1 quesidilla 5 × tacos
1 x taco with cheese 4 x without.
Easy order.
I received 4 tacos with cheese.
This was not a staffing issue because I counted at least 6 people behind the counter.
This was around 1:30pm and this location was less then medium busy.
Just disappointed in the overall experience cus I wasn't having the greatest day to begin with so this was added BONUS!

Worst service and quality I have ever experienced at a Taco Bell. We spent about 15 min in the drive through, then another 15 min for the staff to correct our order. Staff were extremely rude, and even tried to charge us twice for their screw up! We will never patronize this location again.

Went to Taco Bell thru the drive thru. Just minding you there is NO sign saying they don’t take any thing smaller than a $50. So when I got to the window my husband and I was refused service because we only had a $100 and explained that this is all we have and we still got refused service. So I made a complaint online to corporate and even called the Taco Bell and talked to the manager. They lost our service. Never going there again.

Stopped in after a very busy day at work walked in place my order for three hard shell tacos and two supreme burritos the price for the hard shell tacos was $1.49 each the price for the burritos was 439 I was charged $15 even when I started adding it up with tax it came to 1405 I asked for my 95 cents back they refuse to give it back I asked to speak to a manager again I was denied someone come up posing as a manager and was very rude told me I could take my business elsewhere and they were not giving me my money back. I stood there for another 20 minutes and tell somebody came up and it took them four tries to be able to get me my money I will never go back to Taco Bell again they suck they're slow they're rude and the food has gone downhill

Stopped at this Taco Bell on the way home from a road trip from Vegas. We went through the drive through and after we left the drive through we noticed that they forgot part of our order which seems to be common according to other reviews.
I then parked in the front but the lobby was closed. I knocked on the door to see if someone could run the missing food out really quickly however an employee looked at me and then turned his head away. I then called the store and explained to the manager Christian and politely asked if someone could run out the missing food however he refused and insisted that I go back through the drive through. He claimed that he was short staffed which is understandable however it would take one person under 30 seconds to run the food out to the car.
Going back through the drive through would have been fine however at this point there were at least 12 cars in the drive through and we did not feel that we should have to wait 15-20 minutes sitting in the drive through for something that they made a mistake on. I told Christian this and he still insisted on the drive through and would rather argue on the phone than simply have the food ran out which would have taken under 30 seconds.
