The thing about KFC in general is they've truly lost the art of preparing quality food consistently. I have eaten at this KFC several times and only once was it fresh. In addition, the prices are ridiculous for the food. $33.00 + for an 8-piece. Dad to think an age-old icon is losing the basis of what made them great. This experience, like most others, the chicken was cold, biscuits were stale and dry, mash potatoes were dry and cold slaw was runny. I only have 2 stars, 1 is mostly for the staff being so friendly and the lemonade being delicious. The chain needs to really take a close look at quality control for their food.

1st of all it's very expensive !!!!!! for dry chicken the quality sucks THIS PLACE IS GOING UNDER the CHICKEN IS GETTING Worse it seems like every time I go This is my last time that I will be going there. TODAY 4/27/2022 I EVEN TOLD THE LADY to make sure I did not get burnt or DRY chicken and there was a hair in my daughter s Food Well I did Get burned and dry Chicken This restaurant's standards are getting worser and worser and worser and worser each time I give you guy my hard earned money Where is the Manager are they not paying attention.

We've gone through the drive thru Everytime we go but the waits never too long, and all of our food has always been in the bag. That's a plus. We did have to wait twice for them to bring our order out which I thought was strange because one time we did have a large order but no one was behind us, and the other time people were behind us but we only had 3 meals ordered....🤷 I'm just grateful they always put all of our food in the bag.

we ordered a take out on the 4-21 and when we arrived we were ignored for 15 minutes. when the young girl finally asked, we told her we had a take out, she turned and pick it up on the back counter. it was sitting there the whole time. We paid $44.51 for cold food and bad service. there are other places in town where we can spend our dollars!!!!

Walked in, walked out It was about an hour and a half before closing time. I had just finished a work shift. I walked over to KFC for a pleasant dining experience. Walked in, heard loud rough music coming from the kitchen, I knew that I would be listening to conflicting music in the dining room, knew from previous experience that peace was not going to be respected, and I walked out. Sadly, the food tastes good, but the atmosphere immediately gave me a bad taste.
