Costa Vida

Great food and customer service. My wife has allergies and they were very helpful in telling us what ingredients were in the food. They even changed gloves, without us asking, because there was one product she can't have. The atmosphere is bright and fun, with a good casual vibe. We'll definitely be returning to this restaurant.

I ordered food, and the young lady told me to stand over here, then stand somewhere else when she found out i wanted an additional items. This i found to be strange and even the guy behind me commented on it. The food was decent, and i would give 4 stars if it wasnt for the odd encounter at the beginning. I feel like they should train their people more on how to greet customers.

Never had a bad experience here, one of the few places I can go to that I can order a shredded beef burrito and not have rice and beans in it. I know... that's sacrilege to a burrito. But I can't have rice and beans since they make me very sick. I love this place and the vibes are always pretty nice.

Cafe Rio is much better, I went and got a steak salad with a tortilla in the bottom and the lady put like 10 pieces of black steak on and covered it in so much lettuce I had to throw half of it away to even eat it. If your steak expensive please let me pay more instead of skimping so hard. With an option like cafe Rio I'm not sure I'm going back any time soon.

Veronica greated me and, I have never eaten there. She suggested a sweet pork burrito. Had her make it the way she likes it......... And it was amazing. So much flavor. Every bite was an explosion of combined flavors and smells. Will definitely be back and will highly recommend. Very clean place and not overly noisy. Great job Veronica and crew.

Food is great as always but I have another reason for the 5 stars. The amazing manager. The girl who helped wasn't very helpful to say the least and so I left a review on the app that was less than good.... then the manager came out to apologize and explain and gave us a gift card. She also made sure our meals were good and said goodbye to us on the way out. She went above and beyond to make our experience good and I will recommend this location because of her.

I have been going to this Costa Vida at least once a week since I moved here to Twin Falls. The staff is absolutely outstanding. I have become close friends with the staff. They make my Costa Vida experience worth while. They're always friendly, and welcoming every time I come into this store. The have now memorized my order. I have been to other Costa Vida's since and the other stores can't even compare to the friendliness of this staff. Veronica, Charlotte, and Gerry make the experience worth every single penny. Even during the busiest time, they still make the whole visit about the customer. I look forward to visiting this Costa Vida staff every single week!!! LOVE YOU GUYS!!!
