Sutherland, the barista, today was making conversation and singing and just making the wait pleasant for all the customers. Believe me...there was a wait. They should have had someone there to help him out because there was such a long line. But he made the best of it! Was just stopping on my way through but I'm it's as good of a Starbucks as any.

This isn't about political views, staffing or quality of the product. This is completely about terrible service. In a world where customer service has went south, Starbucks is the leader. I understand the labor shortage, but to be rude and non accommodating should not be acceptable. With the lobby closed and the useless clearlance sign bent down (even though there is no awning or any to hit) my van will not go thru the drive thru. So I went to the door and asked if I could just order a drink and pretend I was in line. They told me no, only if I have the app, which I don't have and I did not have my debit card to load on it anyway. I again asked if there was any way I could order and pay, the barista rudely said "no" closed the door and walked away. Starbucks competition was more than glad to accommodate me and make sure I was taken care of. If I could give a lower rating to Starbucks customer service I would.

I was there at a busy time and there was only one employee. He ROCKED though! Sutherland had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Even though he was swamped, he provided service with a smile and made each customer feel special. He made my day (oh, and he makes a great cup of coffee).

The only batista I will go to is Kent! 5 stars for KENT ONLY! They are the only one who can make my drink correctly.
Most of the girls there have an attitude especially the new assistant manager, who is extremely condescending, not only to customers but also to her coworkers in front of customers.

It was okay to stay in this place, but a lot of noise from the parking lot and street. The bathroom was not very clean and the price charged was a bit salty for the place and service. Just because we couldn't find any other place around that we stayed there.

My wife works at the hospital in Twin Falls, graveyard shift. She asked my daughter to go grab her a coffee from Starbucks because she really dislikes Dutch brothers coffee.
My daughter got there at 8:48 and was refused service because the employee said they were closed.
Their sign, and online hours said they closed at 9.
We won't be revisiting this location, and my wife says she thinks she's going to have to force herself to start tolerating coffee from Dutch.
