Abracadabra's Twin Falls

Full love for this place. I grew up in a city without much in the way of great diners so I'm always excited when I find one, even if it's out of the way and in a town I won't get to often. I do hear that they have a location in Idaho Falls as well and I have a kid enrolled at BYUI so I will hit that spot when I'm there if she doesn't switch to another school. I had the Monte Cristo and a hash brown dish with cheese that was fantastic. My wife and I also shared a piece of their Captain Crunch French Toast which was insanely good. My wife had biscuits and gravy and I will say that there wasn't a thing that we tried that we wouldn't eat every time we go there, which is hard because there's a lot more space to explore on that menu. The service was extremely good as well and I have recommended it to quite a few people already as I have a lot of friends who travel from the Seattle Area to Salt Lake regularly and pass by Twin Falls.

What makes this place stand out is its Basque-influenced use of locally baked French bread in everything, including a delicious, creative chorizo Benedict (they also have traditional & salmon). Pendant lighting made with top hats, your bill arriving inside a children's book... Very quirky & delightful.
