Slice Pizza

This was my first time coming here, and I'm excited to be coming back. I can't say anything bad, but I do wish they had the technology to do like tap-pay or something. However that ain't enough to remove a star. And yeah my pizza wasa bit burnt, but I love it that way. I know I'm weird. I'm impressed on how friendly the staff is, as well as how clean this area is. One of the best places to come and chill for sure.

I would love to give this place more stars, I really would. Had been going to this place since it opened but the past four years has been a bit unpleasant trying to go here. The food is outstanding, no problems there but the waitresses are where all the issues come from. They have been cold and not too attentive with service, quite a bit of the time in the establishment is spent just watching the waitress go and attend other tables and then just disappear. I have no idea why this has been the treatment the past several visits since all I want to do is eat and enjoy the atmosphere. But I hope whatever is bothering the waitresses gets better.

Started out bad....Then my pizza was burnt..Did not complain about it because I do not trust restaurants when you send your food back and thy have to remake it they will sabotage your food do i ate it..Now the bright side the female manager was so very nice she apologized for the way I was treated when I entered the establishment to order.She continued to wait on me and continued to apologize and give a explanation why I was treated that way,by the way I did not buy her reasoning and told her that..she continued to wait on me even refills on my drink. Then when she came out to collect my empty plate..She again apologized and said the meal was on them. I was beyond impressed with this person and told her so well at this point I definitely was not going to complain about my burnt pizza ( how do hou complain about a free meal. Instead I told her because of her I will come back again. Told her this was only my second time here and I came back because I was treated do nice the first time. You want to know how much this person cares about her customers, well she said yes i know I was the one who waited on you the first time. I was impressed beyond all measure after that. Moral of this story I guess would be close this wonderful lady manager... Thsnk you sorry I did not remember your name but was so upset when you first talked to me I didn't remember you saying anything accept that your the manager..well you turn it all the way around by the time I left that I did not even complain about my burnt pizza..Thank you so very much.
