Tomatos Italian Grill

What a great place! We had planned on going somewhere else but when the wait was too long there we decided to give Tomato's a try. Being from out of town we didn't know what to expect but were very, very pleased with our choice. Our server Brooklyn was awesome! She was very helpful and made some great suggestions. We might have to make it up to Twin Falls more often!! Thank you all so much!

The food was excellent...once we got it. Our waitress Gabriel, was the absolute worst. It took 45 min. just to get our waters. 40 min to get salad and soup and a full hour and 15 min to get main course and it wasnt all that busy. The people next to us came in 15 min after us and were finishing up their main course as we got our soup n salad. Outrageous. Had to ask 4 times for our waters. Insane. I have no words for this. My wife's birthday was ruined by this bimbo who obviously needs to find a new line of work or marry smart.

I had some light pasta with artichoke. It was good. Could be better tho. They have me some white bread and vinegar. The bread was soft but it didn’t taste good. And I don’t think that vinegar goes with that kind of bread. The gave me salad in a very tiny plate. That plate was so uncomfortable to eat from.

Sadly, Tomato’s food and service has gone down hill over the years. The last few times I have come in, there was either an issue with the food or the service. A few weeks ago, I had dinner with my family and we waited an hour before we even got our salads and another thirty minutes after that to get our pasta. Our server never checked on us and didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. I came in again Saturday night with my boyfriend and while our server was great, the food wasn’t. My boyfriends shrimp scampi didn’t even have the butter sauce on it. It was literally just noodles with three shrimp on top. My caesar salad tasted off and so did my alfredo. I started feeling sick about an hour later and spent the next day with food poisoning. I don’t think I’ll be eating here anymore unfortunately.
