Michele went above and beyond for us. We have a severe whey allergy and she made sure we didn't have to worry. Went and checked the oil, had the food cooked separately. Even washed her hands before bringing a new straw.
She's also very friendly and made our experience here absolutely amazing!!

I Had a rare steak, with the loaded mash and cheese broccoli. The staff was very friendly and fast service. My food was fresh and cooked well. I will definitely return for more. Drink we're worth it. I visited from Mobile,Al. Whoever is the manager kudos. I visited 3/12/21

Had good food and good service, didn't have to wait very long because they had a lot of waitresses. Also manager came out quite often and asked how everybody was doing ,well-managed.

Good food poor customer service longest wait time ever experienced after being seated. Over 1 hour of waiting and finally receiving the meal I was no longer hungry instead frustrated and tired.

They were short staffed as everyone is these days. The waitress was still super friendly and the food was hot and delicious!

Two stars for excellent food. None for customer service. Waitress didn't have to courtesy to wait for either my wife or I to give our order. Had to catch her while she was "flying" by to ask for assistance... Makes your dining experience not even worth going there.

Great food. Amazing drinks. Best service by far. Our server, Nickoleen, was the friendly, efficient and personable. Whatever they’re paying her is not enough! This is the hidden gem of Applebee’s, which I never thought I would say.

Food was good. Kids burger patty was the smallest I have ever seen. Bun was bigger, but that patty was so small we were cracking up. Originally ordered take out but decided to eat in (We were traveling), I don't think they have had anyone change their mind before.....
