I had the BLT, which was good. My wife had the Chicken Salad on a croissant, which had carbon on it from the toaster oven (we think), which was ok. We both had iced coffee's (mint mocha, and peanut butter) which were both ok. Better than your usual big box coffee shops.

This place is very chill, comforting sandwiches (breakfast and lunch), and some really good coffee, iced coffee here (or "on the rocks") is delicious, best iced coffee I've had in a long while, not overly priced either, will definitely come back!

Really great coffee and friendly, fast service. I’ve gotten an iced vanilla latte twice now because it was so good! Also fast reliable wifi. I worked here for a few hours and even took a zoom call on their outdoor patio with no issues.

I’m gonna say this is my favorite/the best mom and pop coffee shop around here. There are several great coffee shops around Santa Ana and Tustin, but this place feels unique. It’s cozy and has that “home made” vibe and flavor. Definitely worth checking out

So I would say that the owner was super friendly and it was definitely a cozy cozy vibe here! The only think I didn’t like was the coffee because it tasted like if it was sitting for a while. I didn’t like the coffee also because I asked for a camel macchiato, and the first sip I took was nothing but caramel and no coffee.

We went to the Coffee Grinder for the first time. It is very cozy and quaint inside. The owners are very nice and friendly.
We had breakfast and coffee. The small area is laid out perfect and very comfortable.
We both had bagel sandwiches and both hit the spot! Can't wait to come back again.
