Taco Bell

I used to avoid this place after so many bad experiences, but it was one of the only places nearby and open late. I’m glad I decided to give it another chance. They must have had a change of management since my last visit, because everything was perfect this time. Everything we ordered was in stock, the employees were friendly, and we received our food as soon as we paid. Super fast!

It's fine if you go around lunch time or a little later, but service isn't the best after like 9 or 10pm. They run out of things often (not necessarily a management problem) but you would hope that a restaurant known for being a late-night snack for college students would be able to keep up with demand all day. We just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes without moving, and it looked like nobody had even spoken over the speaker to the car at the menu. We got out of line and saw that it had stretched to about 10 cars long. You would think that they would be prepared for a late-night rush given that it's Friday night and the last day of classes.

ALL the workers are really quick with servicing the customers. Not once have they gotten my order wrong.... HOWEVER, quit wrapping my tacos upside down in my bag AND tell the young men that hand food to us to say "thank you" before they get tried like overgrown men. Not every one cares about employee groupism saving these ninjas at the window.

I ordered something off their menu and they said they wouldn’t make it for me. I asked if they had all the ingredients to make it, they replied yes but they still were not going to make it for me. Why is it on your menu? You have the ability to make it but you’re just too lazy to do it? They were rude super about it and the food I did receive from there was cold.
