I never leave bad reviews I know some days are just bad . But they have been sorely lacking in their food lately. Today the biscuits were under done and the gravy is like water. The grits have a weird taste to them and I know that may seam petty. My sprite is awful and I’m assuming that it’s because it needs to be refilled which could be no fault to them. I know they can do better.

Line wasn't to bad going in to get breakfast. They were quick and got my order right. Jacks has some of the best breakfast out there puts Chick-fil-A's to shame.

Worst experience ever. The line was extremely long. When I pulled up to the speaker to give my order, the girl that was taking my order told me to hold on. I waited 5 minutes before she took my order. When I finally got my food, I went back to work and discovered that my food wasn't hot and it was wrong. I don't know why they were so slow because they had plenty of workers that were goofing off 🤔🤔🤔!!!!

I love everything about this restaurant!!!The staff and management are really good people. Headquarters all the way down are the best people you could ever know. The food is great the hospitality is a 10. The place is always clean in the food is absolutely delicious.

I've been here once. My burger was perfect, french fries were fresh, cole slaw was good, mashed potatoes were good, gravy wasn't my favorite.
If I go again, I'll stick with burgers and fries.
The drive thru at all the locations I've seen are always packed. It's a very popular place.

The dining room was closed and I went thru the drive thru and the person was rude and never came back to take my order. I waited for a bit then left. My granddaughter was wanting French fries.

Great customer service and all the employees had friendly attitudes. The food was fresh.

Never got waited on. We stop at Jack's often. But after the way we was treated at this Jack's it will no longer be a stopping place.
