Taco Bell

For starters they didn’t give us what we had ordered. So after driving some distance we realized the order was wrong. When we went back to the Taco Bell, we went inside only to see the place was a complete mess. The inside of the restaurant had food all over the floor and the employees were not very clean looking. The place was not busy at any time during our two visits there. Trash cans were overflowing with garbage. We got our order and left. Got about 10 min down the highway and when we went to open the bag to get our food out, the chicken casadia was very flat no chicken in it and I was very upset. When I called the store to speak to a manager, he answered the phone and sounded completely clueless and not one time during the phone call did he apologize to me for my order and the quality of the food being so bad! This place is run by children from the manager on down. Someone needs to get them some real training on proper manners and better hygiene.

Choose a different place for lunch. They have no idea how to properly prepare the food. I ordered the 3 Soft Taco Supreme, when I received my order totally gross order, hardly any meat, way to much everything else. So sloppy. Returned to counter ask them to be remade. No problem they said. Picked up the bag, it must have weighed 2lbs!! Again way, way to much to even eat by hand. I used a fork. Ate some but left disgusted. What a waste of time & $$. And I'm still hungry. Skip this location!!!!!! I would have pick NO STARS !!!!!!!

Well..I gave this place a second chance...and now I think I'm done. I just spent $12 for a Taco and a drink..because the rest of my order i didn't ask for and don't like. I was there around noon and no one in the drivethru or parking lot. I thought, weird its so empty at lunchtime..yeah...now I know why.

My quesadilla was barely filled with anything. One side had nothing in it and the other side had a couple pieces of chicken and a little cheese. The center had a little less than you'd expect, but nothing crazy. My crunchwrap was also barely filled, but said screw it and ate it before I got a chance to see the quesadilla. It was all hot when I got it and the staff was friendly though.
