Bad , wrong order one day , tell me to come the next day to get it corrected. When I get there the lady had bad move. I know I had chicken with my meal , but they gave me pork and I have high blood pressure, so I don’t eat pork. So I guess they don’t care if I die or not. Wasn’t great service at Jacks at all. If you don’t want to work don’t come to work.I’m really upset.

For what it is I give it 5 stars. A fast food restaurant on a major college campus. We were in town for Homecoming. It was a few hours before game time. Jack's was not our first choice but we knew anything on the strip was going to be packed with wait times. My family of four (two teens) ate for under $30. Everyone commented that the burger and fries was better than expected (Maybe we've become spoiled to think we had to spend $50 plus). I wanted to try their chicken but another day. My kids have never been to Jack's. The staff was very friendly and seemed attentive to details evem though it was a heavy crowd and probably had been for a while. TV for football watching and clean tables.

7 plus ppl was working and it took 30 minutes to get fast food. My local dine in Mexican restaurant is faster than that. However I do tip my hat to the 7 plus that showed up to work. Food was good though

Any time I go after 8pm for a milkshake, there is conveniently always an excuse. This most recent time it was “the ice cream is too hard to scoop”. I’m at a loss for words at how lazy the workers are
