Just a bunch of low IQ individuals. And I say that with very good reason. The past few times we've ordered on door dash McDonalds forgets at least one item. Well today they went above and beyond, they managed to forget 40 chicken nuggets and two large fries. HOW!?!? Always with this freaking store, horrible service, forgetful staff just overall complete garage. Go to the Monte Vista McDonald's they are waaaay better. Fast, friendly and you get everything you ordered. Unlike the McDonald's geer store.

Please train your staff better or properly… I 100% understand how hard turnover hits but this is a direct result of management and it shows. Today I put in a mobile order at 10:46 am … we arrived in the mobile pick spot at 11:05 am. The app declared that we arrived too late to get our food.
I’m not sure about your experience with mobile orders is but, usually the food is ready beforehand. That’s the purpose of having an app… to skip the line/wait. When I asked the staff why my meal was not prepared, and why their mobile app did such a thing, all THREE staff members ignored my questions. They simply chalked it up to “you will get your money back in 3-10 business days”. That’s cool and all but it doesn’t solve the immediate issue, which is that I ordered 15 minutes ago on the app and it wasn’t ready.
It was not only irritating but also frustrating as it didn’t solve any customer issues. I just wanted my food. By the third team member, apparently all managers, and 15 minutes later I had been thoroughly enraged. They all reassured me that this was a common issue on the app itself however it took 15 minutes for 3 managers to offer to make my original order. It seems to me if this was a common issue, you would train your staff to offer to order inside and make the food immediately. This could be a result to none of them actually listening to the customers; they’re just trying to swiftly sweep it under the rug.
By the time the third management offered to take my order inside I was enthralled by rage. This whole excursion made me late for class. Oh and I had to go to get food elsewhere.

I was just served at this McDonalds, and the manager of the name Ramona, was extremely rude. Not only was she rude to every single worker that was working, but she was rude to me and another customer. She should really be trained on how to provide customer service and handle pressure, because it’s clear that when there’s any sort of business going on, she can’t handle it. She definitely has no type of management skills, she just thinks yelling and demanding orders from people is okay. She also called another customer a liar when they said they had been waiting for 20 minutes which is accurate because my meal took 10 and she was there before me. Overall, bad manager and bad experience. I actually rate it a 0/5 stars.

CHECK YOUR FOOD!
Went there last night 07/04/2022 around 3:30AM. First the wait was almost 20mins long. After getting home and pulling out the food the fries were cold! Once I bit into the hamburger the meat taste funny and was kind of hard after noticing this. I looked at the meat pulled the cheese apart and there was a whole piece of cardboard paper like stuck to the meat and cheese!!!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!!!!!! They will mess up your order, not pay attention to what they are cooking and you will be eating a thin piece of cardboard paper!

I went here on my lunch break and the drive through was out the parking lot so I wasted 2/3rds of my lunch waiting. When I finally got to order they told me to stop mid order because they had other things to do 3 separate times, and each time they had no recollection of what I ordered. All I wanted was 3 cheeseburgers no pickle a fry and a drink. They had me substitute fruit punch for my lemonade the second time, and when they came back for the third and final time they couldn’t remember that they told me that information. After that even, I took one bite into my burger and got all pickle. I came back to get a refund and my correct lunch but by then my lunch was over and I wasn’t going to put my job at risk by being a bad associate unlike the people that work at this location. They also refused reparations for both a refund and new food. I don’t know if I even talked to a manger because even inside I talked to multiple people because they would walk away while I was trying to talk to them. Poor employee performance and intelligence levels shouldn’t be the norm in your company but apparently I stand corrected.

The McDonalds at this location is the only one in the town of Turlock that still serves breakfast after 10:30. That is great for people that don't get up until after breakfast had ended.

What to say about McDonald's. No one in the dinning area no one at the counter and had to wait to get my order. All the while being watched from the back. Then finally someone came to the register to take my order. Mind you not a hi how are you but a"what do you want". It's McDs what did I expect. Gotta go. See ya.
