Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the second time my wife has order taco’s online for me. The 1st time I had 3 steak tacos. The shells were almost empty except 1 of them. Had to steal everything from the one to put something in the other two. She ordered again tonight and this time all 3 had a little of something in them. The money you pay to get nothing. She will never order online again.

I placed an online order tonight. They added wrong items to my order. When I tried calling to speak to an employee there is only an automated answer. I had to drive down and speak to them. I told them that my order was made wrong and they said they had no access to online orders. When I asked for my food to be remade they didn’t have the items I had in my order. Employee said I could come back tomorrow so no dinner tonight. Management needs to speak to the staff about accuracy, and a staff member to answer the phone would have been helpful.

My boyfriend got me chipotle but told me the amount of the food is small. He kept trying to tell them to put more but chipotle worker kept saying next & that would cost extra. I called them and complain. They said they could remake it for me, but I politely declined due to me being 30mins by drive on the freeway. Manager was nice while talking to them, thank you for listening to my complaint and trying to work things out.

I just went to this place and when it was time to eat, my boyfriend plate was half gone, he was disappointed, it was more cream and guacamole, then rice and the rest of what he ordered, he didn’t want go back and reclaim. This is the first time it happened. We just don’t understand why it was the half of his food gone and almost nothing of what he ordered.

Okay I thought I would try this location since it's on my way home. I ordered two of the same, beans chicken rice, sour cream and one with veggies. One looks so small and when I asked for a little more on it I was given a dirty look and told that it would be extra. The one with no veggies had a total of 8 chucks of chicken in it. What a shame. They were both the same price but, nothing like the same in size. Staff members were RUDE I'm just thinking all of the chipotle chain's are just hiring people who just dont care about CUSTOMER SERVICE... S.M.H
