Thumbs up on this one. My family came here in the early evening. Only had a short wait. Only about 5 minutes. We were escorted to out table by a robot. Our server was positive, polite, courteous and attentive. The food was excellent. Totally better than Red Robin. They had a great special going on that included a drink (soda/lemonade), soup or salad & then some great choices for an antree'. All those choices for only $10.99 each. 👍

This was my family and myself first time at this location. And everything from the host to our server Cynthia and the chef were awesome and always there when we needed anything. The dessert molten chocolate ice cream my kids loved. This location is really 🔥 👌 💯

Our waitress was really good. One thing I did not care for is that Chili's has a robot that seats you to your table, sings happy birthday, brings out your food etc. Technology has gotten ridiculous when its taking human contact and jobs away!! I dont want the impersonal contact of a robot.

I've been here twice recently & service was excellent! The host gave the option of bar seating or the other side of the restaurant - we chose bar area both times and were seated *immediately* in *booths* during *dinner rush* on the *weekend*! The servers were attentive and even helped us find a money saving deal with the 3 for $10. Food came out fast and my sister's steak was cooked spot on. Great place for quick service and kind staff.

The staff was excellent! Being understaffed was no problem for these guys. They were always ready to refill your glass and the food came out lightning fast. Great value for the portions of food you get.

It was terrible. Service was lousy. Children's food was disappointing. Corn on cob was tough & dry. Mac & cheese was also dry & not enough cheesy sauce. 2 adult meals arrived 45 minutes after the children were done eating. And the food was cold. We were on a time schedule. Sure put a damper on our Mother's Day dinner.

Place was clean, food was a bit spicy for my wife and I but we are admitted wussies when it comes to food heat. The servers were polite, so no problems there. Of the chain sit-down joints I like Chili's over the other guys.

This is one of the best Chili's locations I've been to and I've been to a lot. The beef in the skillet queso was cooked well which sometimes it isn't at other places. As always, the molten chocolate was magical. Five stars, A++ Seller.
