Today was good. No line. 2 minutes in line and out. Love my blueberry muffin and large coffee! The winter themed coffee cups are cute!

The WORST McDonald's around. I seriously recommend going to any other location besides this one. The staff is always rude and yelling, they have the worse customer service. They never get the orders right or forget the food all together. Don't even try asking for sauces, you won't get them. They truly do not even deserve the one star. I highly doubt I will go to this location again, it may be close, but it's not worth the frustration.

Order was wrong. It's very frustrating when there is no excuse except not being organized. Asked for receipt...told we would get it at pickup window. Asked there for receipt... told we should have gotten it at cashier. Then 2 of 3 sandwiches wrong. Clearly the need a refresher in Management.

Horrible!!! Everytime I go to this macdonalds it's always something.I had a dried out chicken biscuit, was not giving my hashbrown and no straw for my drink.

Rude, Rude, Rude! that about sums this McDonald's up! They act like you're bothering them by coming here. Both ladies at the drive thru never spoke a word to me I had to ask for an order of fries that was left out again she speaks not a word, she just rolled her eyes walked two steps grabbed my fries (with no gloves) and basically pushed them in my face......never again and looking at the other reviews I would say the owner needs to reevaluate his staff!!

HUGE disappointment! HUGE!!! Order was wrong and it wasn't even that big of an order! When I got to the window to pay the girl was on her phone video chatting with someone! I mean seriously! I will NOT be going back! Manager was RIGHT there as she was talking to who ever about things a paying customer should not hear! Horrible experience!

Food was good but with the pandemic only the drive thru was open. I generally don't eat in my car, so by the time I got back to the office, fries were not hot. I miss dine-in with hot fries.

They hire way too many kids without enough adults. They customer service is consistently terrible EVERYWHERE in tuoelo, most days, except W. Main, Eason Blvd., and Loves Truck stop. Then it depends on what time of the day you go. Earlier in the day, the adults are present. Later on, nothing but kids!
