Sonic Drive-in

They were exceptionally slow. I understand they appeared to have only 2, maybe 3 carhops but they weren't very busy when we arrived. The girl on the speaker needs to find another job however. She apparently thinks everyone is deaf. My 8 year old commented that we could easily hear her taking people's orders 3 or 4 cars away with our windows up. Imagine when she was talking through our actual speaker. To top it off, after receiving our first order, we decided to order shakes for after dinner. I pressed the call button right after receiving our food. The girl literally never answered our call box again. We finished all our food as we listened to her take one order after another from cars all around us. Cars that didn't arrive until after we had pressed our button. Still she never answered our call box again so that we left there wondering why and without our shakes. Disappointed to say the least.

Sonic has good food, the wait times for getting the food out can vary based on how busy it is. My major complaint might be the fact that there isn't a great wifi unless you are on the left side. Phone signal isn't great so if I order online I have to make sure I've got a connection. Minorly, some of their machines have been down for a while so it can get a bit annoying to see a free spot only to find that the machine is off.
