This is the best Taco Bueno experience I have had in a long time, and I'll definitely be back to this location.
The drive thru was out of order, so I had to go inside, and the inside was super clean. The food preparation area was clean and tidy, counters were spotless, and the utensils were even uniformly placed in the food serving containers. The employees were stocking the items in the dining room when I was there. The dining room was spotless and well kept. I don't normally remark on the cleanliness of restaurants unless they're absolutely filthy, but this was noticeably and remarkably clean. In fact, maybe I'll actually remember to do my receipt survey for once and get a free taco for my time.
The food was great. Most locations can be hit and miss with food quality, but the Muchaco was made perfectly and so were the Mexidips. (Excuse the pictures, i was halfway into my meal before I remembered to snap a pic.)
The staff was friendly and professional.
I am honestly stunned by this experience. I used to eat Bueno a lot more often, but several years ago, I felt like my experiences were being consistently subpar. I work just a few miles from this location and have been missing my Muchacos, so I will definitely be back a lot more often.
Girl was very nice and efficient, December 17 around 6:30pm.
Saturday afternoon, popped through the drive thru. 4-1/2 bucks for two bean burritos. Great deal. Very tasty. The lady at the drive thru window very courteous. My stomach says thank you
We came in right before closing, and they were excited to still serve us. The guy at the window was friendly, and chatted with us for a few while the food was being prepared. This was probably the best experience I've had at a drive thru ever.
LaTrice provided the best customer service in the world. She answered the phone when my family was devastated that the 51 and Sheridan location was closed and offered us refuge at her 46 and Peoria facility. Upon arrival, she was attentive to our needs, and we left with a big smile on our faces. The food was delicious as well. This location was temporarily closed when I studied at the Tulsa Ballet, and I gotta say my first time back was AMAZING
Service was pleasant and helpful food was good but needed to be served at a warmer temperature.
I really enjoy the condiment bar and look forward to my next visit back to Taco Bueno
Taco bueno has gone downhill in the past decade food isn't as good as I used to be. The employees leave a lot to be desired in their attitude towards customers. The stores are never as clean as the used to be. Despite that it still my favorite out of fast Mexican food
Clean... no crowds... staff perfect and friendly. Food was good. Huge burrito yes extra stuffing 😋 yummy. Just the way I would make it at home nice. Drinks all the great selections.
I haven't been back to this location in over a year bc of bad food. I'd drive to east Tulsa to get some Bueno if need be. Well...I tried it last week or so and it was fresh and good. Couldn't complain. Hopefully they keep it up.
Stopped through the drive thru to grab some quick food. Their card machine went down while I was trying to pay. I dont carry cash so I figured I'd find another store. Nah this worked came running out to hand me my order and said it was on them for the issue. 5 stars.
