Nestle Tollhouse

I ordered a drink directly from the menu with no modifications of any kind. I was charged for something more expensive even though the item I ordered is clearly shown on the menu right there. So after several attempts, the cashier realized and corrected the cash register. That aside, the drink was very tasty.

I had a regular hazelnut fudge cappuccino, and it was sour. I tried to explain to the man at the counter and asked if I could exchange it or get my money back. He not only refused, but was rude. I understand not ordering something and returning it simply because you don't like the flavor, but this tasted like spoiled milk.

The female employee was very rude and is always in the phone. She is either on the company phone or cell phone. She looked at us while on the phone mopping, glared and continued mopping. She glared at us again and took the mop bucket away. She came back looked at her watch and glared at us again while still on her personal cellphone. She walked away and came back glared at us again like she could not be bothered and then totally disappeared. If you hate your job then you should quit. We left. Money lost for the company. This is not the first time we have experienced this same worker in her phone and being rude to customers.

I have gotten food here before and it's been fine, however this time I ordered a turkey pesto wrap to go. I have ordered this before and like it. It's supposed to have creamy peato sauce and feta plus turkey/tomato/lettuce. Once I got it back to work I took a bite and realized that they used blue cheese dressing with the rest of the stuff the same. Gross. Threw it away, and stayed hungry.

The girl behind the counter had very poor customer service. She had a tired, worn out and drunk face and barely talked to me, not even a hi. I told her i wanted a strawberry banana smoothie. She did not wait for me to finish my order and had alrdy started to make the smoothie. I then proceeded to my next item when she got back from making the smoothie. But as soon as i told her i wanted a birthday ice cream cup, she left again to make it. I ordered 4 different things and she left 4 different times 🤯 if thats how they run Nestle house, its very weird and annoying. We were standing at the counter for so long jus waiting for her to take the next item. Im jus saying, she shouldve took the order of 4 items first then she could start to get all the food ready. The line was stacking the way she ran it.
