This place is off the charts. Great place to take a client on a business lunch. They will be impressed. Great food, good service and not too overboard on prices. Had the pasta lobster, it was delicious. Can't wait to go back.

While my salmon was overdone (not the server's fault), I had a nice dinner in the bar with good wine. Service and ambiance were very good. A friendly place.

The atmosphere of the place is very pleasant, ideal for a romantic dinner. The food: we ordered onion soup which was delicious. You must try it . The shrimp and chicken cocktail, it was not bad but it was not special. The dessert was carrot cake it was a big slice and very delicious.

Said goodbye to a dear friend with a group of lively women.....great waitress, great room, great food. The blackened salmon is to die for. Had it on the Caesar salad. Wow. Appetizers were on point. Red wine blend yummy.

Our waiter was exceptional!!! Christopher made our anniversary night a real treat!! He was attentive without being intrusive. He took our order, and showed up at the right time to fill drinks. He shared a blessing of good will for our anniversary and brought us a beautiful little dessert. Thank you Christopher! As for the restaurant, unfortunately, my husband asked for a steak medium well, it came out with a bloody center. My husband refused to send it back to be grilled a bit longer. So, it was not perfect, but mine was very tasty!!

I was not disappointed with my salmon, my husband said his steak was so tender he could drink it through a straw. Great meal would recommend for any special occasion.

First time here and we loved it. We were seated in a comfortable booth with low lighting which we liked. Atmosphere was great as was the food.

Before the new year, I wanted to take my wife out for a nice dinner. McGill's wasn't at the top of my list, but I was unable to get reservations elsewhere for the evening, and McGill's was able to accommodate us. We arrived roughly 15 minutes early to check in for our 7:30 reservation. Unfortunately, their tablet was down, so they were doing everything old-school by writing everything down. We found out we weren't on the reservation list, but they saw my name and reservation time written on another sheet, so we were still good to go. Around 7:40pm , we were ushered to a table. We were placed at a table by the exit to the patio. My wife had to shift to another seat at the table because there was a noticeable cold breeze coming across the wall. It was chilly. Within a few minutes, our waitress greeted us and took our drink order. We looked through the menu prior to visiting, and we already knew what we wanted for an appetizer and entrées, so she took our food order as well. Sesame encrusted ahi tuna was the first up. The first thing you notice is the beautiful color of the ahi, followed by the nice light sear and sesame seeds. Accompanying the ahi was a portion of sliced avacado, ponzu sauce, and a small swirl of wasabi. The ahi was fresh, sliced thin yet not too thin, and had more of natural ahi flavor. When combining the ponzu and mixing, avacado or wasabi just enhanced the flavor. My wife had the chicken picatta. The chicken was floured more than a dusting, covered in a lemon caper butter sauce on top of 2 stalks of asparagus followed by angel hair pasta. The chicken was moist and tasted great with the lemon caper butter sauce. While the pasta was cooked perfectly, the asparagus stalks were slightly undercooked. Although the sauce tasted good, my wife felt like it needed something, as did I, yet we couldn't determine what. I went with the blue cheese cream sauce strip steak with double veggies and ditched the potatoe. When my dish arrived, I was excited. It looked delicious. Being a blue cheese fan, I loved the sauce. It wasn't overbearing and really complimented the steak. The veggies were fresh and cooked tender yet not too tender. I did have our waitress grind fresh black pepper over everything. The steak had a great sear with a slightly crispy crust. Personally, the steak was cooked just a hair over medium rare but not so much to complain. I was disappointed that one side of the strip had a decent amount of fat and gristle. Looking at the dish as a whole, I was happy. Next time I visit, I'll be getting the ribeye and add the blue cheese cream sauce. Overall, the hostess did a great job getting us a table after an oversight. Our waitress was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Food arrived in a reasonable time and was hot. Flavors were good, especially the blue cheese cream sauce. The place was nice, upscale without being considered fine dining. Looking across the room, you'll see that most people are dressed up, some very fancy, while others were more casual. The dining room was fairly noisy when they were busy. If you're looking for a good meal in an upscale casual environment, then this place fits the bill at a fair price. Date night at a romantic, more of an intimate dining experience, then I would look elsewhere.

Very good place for a great lunch. The filet was large for lunch time and cooked rare as requested. Wife remarked on her crab cakes for being as far from the ocean as we could get was excellent.
