Sonic Drive-in

This is my new favorite Sonic location when I come to Tulsa. We just had a bad experience with another branch (91st and Memorial) where they had charged our account through the app but ignored us when we arrived, shutting off lights and not answering the button or drive thru .. so we called and accidentally contacted this location. We talked to Nick and he handled the situation beautifully, and we were able to get our order from there instead. Faith in humanity restored- thanks Nick!

Nick just saved the evening! I'm going go attach a photo of the Sonic at 91st and Memorial, which dropped the ball in a big way tonight. We ordered on the app at 10:15ish and were at 91st and Memorial Sonic employee made eye contact with us (over 30 mins prior to closing) and then she TURNED. OFF. THE. LIGHTS. We had already paid for our food, and she just decided to close up shop and not make our drinks and food. We called, thinking we were dialing that Sonic, but we ended up getting the one just up the road on Yale. The lady we spoke with was very polite and apologetic, and she asked if we'd hold one moment to speak with her manager. Nick was one of the most polite people on the phone and offered to make the food for us at their location if we'd drive over (2 miles further up the road) which we agreed to as we were starving and we'd already paid for our meal. When we arrived we pulled in and I immediately noted how much better kept this location is than the previous and how cute the detailed updates to their building are! Nick came to the window to speak with us and assured us that he would speak with the owner of the store so the issues there could be addressed. We were all very impressed with their customer service and professionalism. Thank you, Nick!!

I like there hot dogs. I don't like sitting in my vehicle eating. I always seem to wear some home when I do that. That's exactly what happened this time. No surprises at Sonic, the hot dogs are the same at every Sonic and that's a good thing. So are the tater tots. Life is good. I recommend trying one the way you like it best. Mustard, chili, onions and cheese.
