This appears to be a chain franchise, but I don't think the buildings are standardized. This one was fairly clean and seemed pretty well run. There was a steady drive-thru business, but I ate in the dining room. I had the Hunan Shrimp, which came with stir fried carrot, bok choy, broccoli, and green pepper. I really liked the sauce/seasoning it came with which was both unusual and a little spicer than versions of this dish I've had elsewhere. I ended up getting a spoon and putting the sauce all over the rice because it tasted so good. The dish, an egg roll and a drink was about $10. Food is served on Styrofoam. This is decent, standard Chinese fare, but it was better than expected.
YEP!. This place might not draw service because of the the lack of restaurant upkeep.... but the food quality is consistent. Consistent and GOOD enough to keep me coming back!
As tacky and gross this place looks, the food was pretty good. Super cheap, super fast, super hot. We got cashew chicken and shrimp with lobster sauce. Both were typical like we've had at other similar style Chinese restaurants, with rice. Drive thru seemed busy although there was only one other couple eating in with us. It would be just a little nicer if we actually had silverware and plates, not plastic. Will return!
We love this place!. Our favorite lunch comes from the 48th & Peoria location. their food is consistently well prepared, fresh and hot. the employees are always friendly and want you to be happy. you can't ask more than that!
SuperTastingFood&Value,. My wife and I work about 2 blocks from the brookside egg roll express, 48th and peoria, east side.
We usually get 2-D14 dinners, that's Broccoli chicken with some sweet&sour chicken, rice, and 1 eggroll in one dinner, its $7-$8 range.
The vegetables and chicken are really fresh. Shocking Fresh.
We used to have my mom or dad go get chinese takeout from Fortune Chef at 32 and Yale for last 20 years. We're a convert over to EggRoll Express now. Fortune Chef has cut the portions and cut the amount of sauce and rice. Super Recommended....
Best dang egg rolls around. They are made fresh. Be careful will burn your mouth let them cool. See my pic I post.
Haven't eaten here for years. Love all the ER Expresses, but was always partial to this one. Food still tasted great. Keep in mind this about the food only. Dining in, parking, waiting in line, none of that is this review. If you drive through or dine in, there will be a bit of a wait because it's not that fast of a food.
But the food is worth it, it's not that long a wait, and know it going in.
The owner is super friendly. The food was fresh and delicious.
Fast, hot, delicious. Good quantities and good prices. I was the first one there though.
So I went and got me Chinese the other night and when I pulled up, they were five cars deep! And I decided just go ahead and wait! 20 minutes later, I was through with my food! Don’t know the cars ahead of these orders, but they appeared not to be small like my single order, but to get five cars through in 20 minutes impressive!
Best any type of fried rice in Tulsa!!! Especially combination fried rice. Great quality for over 10 years!!! Highly recommend.
We ordered a lot of food and it was delicious. Beware the curry, because my husband said it had more red peppers in it than normal. The sesame chicken was great and they really fill the boxes full. You get loads of rice also. We highly recommend!
Delicious, cheap, and fast Chinese food. I usually get their shrimp fried rice and it’s worlds better than their competitor’s down the street.
This Chinese food is the bomb.!!! Awesome owners and great service always fast and never disappoints. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend. Cook knows what he's doing always friendly.
Well just like any Chinese restaurant you expect very quick shrewd fast service through your food out the door you go boom that's how it was that's how it is and lt was good...
