I JUST came through the drive thru at this location. And while most of us never really take notice of a person's energy unless the interaction is maybe personal in nature, the woman working the drive thru today, who goes by "J", her energy was SO AMAZING! I know how melodramatic I sound, but I PROMISE, she is a person who gave me the best customer experience I've had, EVER, REGARDLESS of the industry! J, thank you! You didn't know about the TERRIBLE news I just got, or the issues I was currently dealing with, but because of YOU AND YOUR ENERGY, I left with a smile! THIS is what lacks in customer service and Taco Bell should be proud to call you theirs! You never know the impact you have on a person! Thank you again J!

I have to admit I was a little sticker shocked at the new combo menu prices. I even commented on it. The evening staff was great and made sure even though I ordered from the crave menu that the food was a great portion and we'll worth the money. So thank you. So often it feels like restaurants want to take a lot and give little anymore.

My mobile order was changed from carry out to drive-thru. They didn’t start it until I got there and hadn’t fried all the ingredients needed for my order. So it sucked waiting. On the hand I got some of the freshest food I’ve ever had from Taco Bell. It was delicious. They lose two stars for the wait time but gain one back for food quality.
