I come here during the early daytime when it’s not so busy. I always get really great service (nice folks working), excellent food, and enjoyable time. I like to customize my order, and they never give me a hard time about it (unsweet ice tea with peach or mango syrup and unsalted french fries). My food is usually freshly made (since it’s made-to-order). Just turning left on 71st street from Garnett road to enter the parking lot is a tad difficult if there’s a lot of oncoming traffic (since it’s near to the highway exit).
I really like the people here and the service is very good. My husband Ioves Wendy's hamburgers. I think they are fine. If you love Wendy's this store has great people and service and the food is good.
When I went in it was pretty empty. Probably because of the odd timing. It was too hot out side and I thought let me try their 50cent frosty. It was really good. I don't expect it. I loved the vanilla flavor a lot. Should go for it again. The staff were friendly.
Great staff, hot food. Who doesn't love a square burger? Nuggets we hot and spicy and I didn't have to fight the staff for extra sauce.
Food is always fresh and the employees are always very nice.
Update, 3 years later: steoped it up and even off prime hours the fries were crunchy and hot. Service was de ent but the food was awesome. Very fast too.
Other than the wait times, you just gotta love the food at Wendys. The 50 cent Frosty's right now are awesome!!
The pretzel pub burger is all we get anymore, it's an excellent flavor profile with or without the extra sauces; Wendy's has hit a home run with this burger, I only wish beef prices were cheaper so I could purchase more often...
I got 2 frosty keychains and I receive free frostys all year. I hope they do it again next year. Best promotion ever.
Food was good for the price. Staff could be nicer.
The new employee on the intercom was rude. My friend asked, "What is on the bacon cheeseburger? " to which she frankly replied, "I don't know. I just started here." Her manager quickly interjected, answering our question. After payment, we received our food. The restaurant had neglected to put straws or receipt in our bag. After asking for straws and receipt the employee closed the window, looking away from us, seemingly hoping we would drive off. We sat there a minute and a half until she finally opened the window back up after realizing we were not going to move to give us straws (she gave us four straws for two people -it seemed like a vindictive, sarcastic move) and receipt.
