Just had lunch at Metro Diner and it was out of this world good. The fried chicken from the chicken and waffles was so hot I had to let it cook for a few minutes before eating it (this is a good thing in my opinion). Our server Tonya made me some hot sauce-syrup fresh when she brought out the chicken and waffles, which was a cool touch, and the strawberry waffles were literally perfect. Speaking of Tonya, before the food even came out, I’d already decided I was leaving a google review just based on how friendly and professional she was. Very polite, and incredibly professional. She did a good job of presenting their specials and overall I could tell she was crazy passionate about being a great server. I used to wait tables too, so I always notice and appreciate it. She was great. The whole lunch was awesome.

My wife had the blueberry waffles with lemon icing, and I had the meatloaf. Both were fabulous. Delilah, our waitress, was an absolute delight. She was professional, so likeable and made our dinner thoroughly enjoyable. Her younger sister was our hostess and was so pleasant. A great experience. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

Tried the Fried Chicken Benny- outstanding!! My husband had a traditional breakfast with turkey sausage links, and very much enjoyed that. Our waitress, Tonya, was attentive and provided excellent service! Very friendly and helpful. I’ll be coming back to Metro Diner!
This is a Gem in Tulsa's food scene Metro Diner makes everything to order so it comes out fresh and hot. My compliments to the cooking staff the food was more than amazing and I can't tell you the injustice your doing yourself by passing this place up. We had fried Chicken and Waffles, Chicken Pot Pie and Chicken Tenders man those were the absolute best it was filling, delicious & worth every penny. Thank you so much Metro Diner.

We drive a long way for their chicken and waffles! Tonya took care of us during our most recent visit and she was outstanding, like the rest of the crew has been through the years.
Super sweet staff and oh so helpful!!! Couldn't decide, so the server made recommendations to help me out. Wow! Spot on service, and good food, too. Their waffles are tasty! No need for anything on top they are scrumptious. Hubby had the breakfast burger and thoroughly enjoyed. Said he would definitely come back. That's a high compliment coming from him.
Great food! Good prices! It was freezing cold inside and the server was a little off but we'll worth it!! Bloody Mary was less than $4 and pretty basic but really good still. The croissant French toast and fried chicken Benedict was superb!!
