It was very busy when we were there, around 12:00 AM - 1:00 AM. Tensions were high with the staff and they did forget an item but we're quick to resolve the issue. The front counter employee was calm despite his manager being on edge.

Mrs. Aniyah W had the best customer service I’ve encountered when it comes to quick dining(and I frequent Whata in TX(Corpus/HTX), never seen better than this)

My party had a vast order…. Between the Honey Butters, the Sausage Biscuits, the Hashbrowns, & last but not least the Banana Pudding shake, Kiana G made sure everything was SUPERB! The breakfast taquito is the most underrated breakfast option for fast food in my opinion. Although, this morning, it was beyond greasy for some reason. Good thing there are potato sticks to soak it up. Lol.

Had a good burger as always! The service was a bit slow but not the staffs fault because they are short handed so it wouldn’t be fear to blame them for it. The drive thru speaker is a bit low in volume or is the person speaking? I couldn’t hear her voice much. It was a bit stressful. Anyway…

Pulled up at 3:30am expecting to get food that had been sitting under a warmer for 6+hours, but nope! HIGHLY IMPRESSED AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND for middle of the night food!! Initially, I was irritated that we were waiting at the pickup window for 10+ minutes... until I realized these employees were preparing the food as the orders arrived, nothing was sitting in the warmer area... our burgers AND our onion rings were AMAZING and the service was too! Most places have employees that seem irritated that you're ordering a meal, not these folks. They were just as kind and helpful as the day shift is when the managers there!

Have to say it was late. I was hungry. They were open. The young lady at the counter was polite, efficient, courteous and kind of funny. Seemed to enjoy her work and co-workers as well. Burger and fries were spot on and well prepared. Definitely a fast food positive experience.

Was super busy down town Tulsa. I'm visiting from Indiana. We don't have Whataburger in Indiana. I've had it before and love it! Dude at the window was great! They were all great! Food was great! Killed it!

This place is in a great location off of Cherry Street. My visits there include seeing employees talking to the manager and great interactions happening, that you don’t get to see often nowadays. The food is tasty! Service is always great with fresh food. I’ve seen people walk in and request the freshest food and get it with NO complaining. You cannot get that anywhere else considered fast food.

This Whataburger has some of the kindest and most helpful employees. I had never had Whataburger breakfast before today. The manager recommended the breakfast bowl. It was a great decision! It's nice to wake up on Monday making great decisions. Can't wait to see what else this day brings! Thank you, Whataburger!
