This particular kitchen gets 5 stars. Excellent. Their front counter needs a bit of customer service pep polishing but the food and the cleanliness of the entire restaurant made up for that. Way above average.

So last night the storm knocked out the power and Pizza Hut was the only place open. Levi took my order said 30min wait time. But let the kids use the restroom he was just so awesome too us.. thanks Levi

I like my food to be well done and most places struggle with this request but not pizza hut on 71st and Memorial. They always deliver my orders exactly how I like it. The food is amazing, hot, and the delivery drivers are always so friendly and wear a smile!!!

I have never had a bad pizza from this location. I might be insulting all the Italians worldwide, but their Super Supreme stuff-crusted pizza with pineapple is the best pizza I have ever had in my life, excluding the known calories.

Every time I order from this Pizza Hut the food is so hot and fresh! Their pizza is SO cheesy and delicious! After countless hungry nights my family has never had a bad pizza from this location. Thank you so much Pizza Hut on 71st/Memorial!

The food tasted Good, but the Cooks could have Added More bacon, considering I ordered Pepperoni, Beef AND Bacon (I barely noticed any on our pizza). Further, the guy who gave me My pickup order, was NOT the friendliest.....
Updated Review (from a '3' to a '5' star):I picked up our online order in the 'drive-thru'. The Woman who Helped me was Extremely Friendly (I gave her a tip because the Service was So Outstanding). After getting home and "digging in", BOTH My Husband and I Enjoyed EVERYTHING about our food!🥰
