Braum's

At this time I went to this Braum's I only got a Freezy that is a orange sherbet and Sprite slush type mix and I got French fries with it so if it gave him five for the food because it was totally awesome. I gave them five for service because I was in the Drive-Thru and they were on point with the service. The only reason I gave them three stars on atmosphere is because on that west side Tulsa area where the problems is located for this review is not a very up and up place you're going to see some weird people walking around and people begging for Change and things like that so I'm judging my atmosphere on the outside of the store because I use the drive-thru now I'm sure inside the store it's not like that but they can't really control the outside of the store and I wasn't inside so I have to judge the outside with the drive through was and that's what I have to say about this place.

I only ever had one bad experience with one Braums. The one on Peoria by 51st, right as you get off 44. They employed a very rude, young, smart mouth, girl there that the then "manager" supported her rudeness! I politely told her I am a mother, grandmother and great grandmother and I don't tolerate bad behavior from my grannies and I certainly will not with her. Sad to say, I've never gone back there, even though at the time I lived right down the road. Didn't matter to me! Good service is worth the ride! Braums is a well run, well stocked small business. (Small in size!) Food is prepared nicely and is very tasty. I've cream? Well, what can I say except that it's the best in Oklahoma. No matter which one you go to, except the one on Peoria, you will get great service and good quality food. Shopping there is good too. For the price and the fact that you get a good piece of meat, I would recommend shopping there for a few groceries! And they accept EBT! I always come back!

Really disappointed that the gingerbread ice cream is gone until next year. It's my new favorite. Nothing else compares.(wrote this draft in Jan of 2023 but failed to post) Well, it's that time of year again. YAY!!! Gingerbread ice cream is back. It is just absolutely the best tasting treat for the holidays. Get you some and enjoy!

In my experience these guys set the bar out of any fast food joint around Tulsa. The most consistent customer service shifted 3 meals a day. I've never had a complaint. What locks these guys in for me is their appreciation for their customer and willingness to express it every visit. As much as I appreciate them making my food fresh and in a timely manner, I like this place the most because they know how to tell their customers THANK YOU! Respect, courtesy, and appreciation from this crew keeps me coming back, and these are qualities practically non-existent these days. Especially in the fast food industry where you should see it the most. Kudos to management and your team! You are appreciated.
