Spotless - I was impressed at how clean everything was- this isn't a new building - nice

They have a parking garage you pay for if you're a guest or you can get your parking validated if you are there for business purposes. The garage has a tunnel on the 2nd level so you don't have to cross the street in traffic or during bad weather. Safety first. The ONEOK Plaza in front is very nice with shaded tables and flowers/plants everywhere. The front South doors to the building are not secured during business hours and you can access a public restroom or the cafe inside the building. However, the back North doors are secured and so is access to the elevators. You must go through security on the South side to access any other part of the building. The building is very clean and fairly easy to navigate. Most floors are ONEOK, but some hold law firms and such.

Awesome place to work. I do not work here but I do work with a lot of the employee's and have done contract work in this building for years.
