This is our favorite Pei Wei location at 101st/Memorial in Tulsa. The orders are always correct and delicious. The food is always fresh and made exactly as requested. Furthermore, their service is top notch.
After a computer error occurred on my call in order this evening to where it didn't go through, the manager was not only sincerely apologetic but immediately said my order was on the house-- this was even though it didn't appear to be a human error but some quirk/glitch of their computer system. Not only did they give it to me on the house, they gave me a double order as a token of their sincerity!
I genuinely appreciate that kind of service because it's so rare to find nowadays. It's one reason I remain a loyal patron and will definitely continue to make this our local location of choice when it comes to Asian cuisine.

DO NOT DRIVE PAST THIS GEM! I am GLUTEN FREE because of severe allergy. Josiah stopped what he was doing and personally took care of our order. When I tell you that the food was AMAZING, I could have cried it was so good. Plenty of GF options and non GF. IMPECABLE service and food! What I would give to have this chain around Atlanta!

We received a gift card for UberEATS for Christmas, so was deciding where to use it. We had never used that service before. We decided to use it at Pei Wei. We don't live very far, so I decided to pick up to avoid delivery cost. It was fast as efficient. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to just take off shelf or not, so I waited to ask a worker. She handed me my sack, and said I was good to go. We shared the family bundle. It was really good! My husband and I ate it, and had plenty of leftovers for the next day.

the food was hot and delicious! Employees were great! Manager even came to our table and spoke with us. I highly recommend this Pei Wei.
I love most of their dishes especially pad thai. The only problem now is the high prices for everything. Otherwise pei-wei is a good option for asian food (though not authentic😁)
We recently ordered food through Pei Wei for about 40 people. The staff at this location was extremely helpful and considerate of our needs. I highly endorse this location.
I placed an on line order. It was easy and quick. After checking if it sent. It said it hadn't gone through. So I checked my bank account and sure enough, it cleared my bank.
I called and spoke with a nice lady, by the name of Jasmine. I explained, she checked and no it didn't go. I went on down to the 101st and Memorial location. Jasmine was right there to help me. I showed her where it had cleared my bank, and she immediately asked what exactly I had ordered, she was quick to get it to the cook and with in 5 minutes another lady was handing me my order.

This is a family favorite. There is always something to choose. My boys are pillar opposites when it comes to foods but they are each able to get a favorite meal. One their shareable try the yum yum shrimp and steamed dumplings
Food was good. Little too oily (or too much water, not really sure what was going on, but it was fluid of sorts) for my liking. The cooked meat was really good, fried rice was so-so. Our cashier was really kind.
