Wow!! What great customer service. Hannah noticed that the soup in my online order bag was leaking, so she swiftly asked me to hand it to her, re-prepared my whole meal, and treated me with excellent customer service. Shout out to Hannah and the Panera Bread Tulsa Hills team, y’all are amazing!!

Pretty busy today at lunch. Food is consistent and its the kind I like. The people are nice. Had to get up and get the additional bread I ordered as a side but other than that, nothing bad that I wouldn't come back.

The artichoke souffle was delish. However, the cinnamon crounnch was a little dry.

The staff here rocks! From the cashier - who was so well put together and made me feel comfortable to Gabrielle who made me glad I tipped at checkout. The food was good too! Thank y'all!

I'm never disappointed in food, service, and atmosphere. The place is so comfortable. It is a place for friends to meet up and share stories. Music is not too loud and plays nicely in the background. The food and service are always top on my list. Oh, and the Hazelnut Coffee is the bomb!

The Panera Bread App, is my go-to for orders and deals. I definitely recommend pick 2 deals.

I’ve always enjoyed Panera’s soup, sandwiches and baked goods. The new flatbread pizza is now a new favorite menu item. Friendly staff at this store. The only negative for me is the coffee is hit and miss on freshness and flavor.

Pros: Good Foods, Good Pastries, Fresh Baked Breads, Nice place to grab a bite or just a coffee and snack for a conversation or studying. Cons: It can get busy at peak hours. Also, there is only one outlet for computer charging in the lobby.
