The workers are a hoot!! They are good natured, wholesome, and hilarious bunch! They stayed engaged with us but still made sure we had what we needed and wanted. It was probably the cleanest IHOP I have ever been too. Wish I would have got a picture of two. We were all so impressed that we tipped everyone working, even the ones working only in the kitchen $25 each!! And it was well deserved!!
Totally different than past experiences. Food cooked to perfection, fast service and friendly faces.
Paul was our waiter and did an amazing job. The food was great and well prepared. Would highly recommend this IHOP.
Stopped in to use the 🚺restroom while I was waiting for the🚍 bus, as I was leaving the kindest waitress stopped me and told me stay in waiting area since it was so cold out!
Top that off she came back with☕ hot chocolate on the house!!!🥳
Rarely do I see customer service like this anymore. Let alone just down to earth kind caring people who go out of there way help someone else just because they want to and are able to.
Put a smile on my face lifted my spirits and just made me more aware of myself and my actions 🤗I want to do the same for others and spread good deeds along maybe they will feel same and do good as well even small as opening the door for someone !
The food was not hot but still very good, the service was slow because they were very busy.
Like most of my reviews this one was also a doordash so I gave them zero stars on food because I did not eat the food so I can't judge the food. The service is great great atmosphere for being at the middle of the night or early morning. And that's pretty much I have to say about that.
Very good experience tonight. We had a very good server. The food was cooked very well and the kids ate their food great! Our son is a bit loud sometimes with his excitement, and it wasn't an issue, thankfully. I'm very happy with the flavors and the service we experienced. I wish we had gotten his name to recognize him for his service. He was a tall, very kind, black young adult with twists in his hair and if I remember correctly, his hair tips were golden. Great server. Thank yall.
This was a must go to IHOP. The service was excellent and the food was cooked perfectly. Jenna my waitress was amazing with customer service.
The staff here were very friendly and inviting from the moment we stepped inside & the food was delicious, very happy with the experience and would go again
The hostess was nice she got us seated quickly.Our server was super nice. He was an older Gentleman maybe late 50s but,his energy was very positive. He was polite and,prompt. As soon as our food was ready he brought it straight to us piping hot. He checked on us often to make sure we were satisfied. I would visit that location again.
They were very professional.
