This is my favorite Starbucks. In beautiful Utica Square, this store has great service and there’s a friendly nice vibe in the cafe and outside on the walkway. It’s a great place to do some work or enjoy a drink w a friend!🤙🤙🤙
I placed a mobile order via the Starbees app, then headed to this Starbucks location. My drink was ready when I arrived & made to my specifications. No complaints here! There is outdoor seating & this shopping center is so cute. Great to walk around, shop and get some fresh air.
There was one person working the store when I dropped by. I forget how to spell her name but I believe it is Anna?? She handled customer after customer and did it fast with a great attitude! 5 stars for her I just wished I remembered how to spell her name because she gave excellent service.
I was trying to find something sugar free/low sugar and the woman at the register was super helpful. I didn’t catch her name, but she had pink hair and glasses. I think it started with an R. This location was very busy and the wait was a little long but it was well worth it!
This Starbucks is by far my favorite. I was visiting the town from out of state and stopped by here to end my night, and the baristas were so kind! Absolute sweethearts, and the drinks were made to perfection! The team tonight was friendly, energetic, and very skilled on bar. It was a wonderful end

A staple of any street corner, Starbucks is here to wake you up or keep you going! This location has great customer service that is very personable and friendly! Great patio to sit on and enjoy the weather even if it's raining. Stop here to get some coffee before going to buy clothes!
They went above and beyond on my order - there was a mistake and something was forgotten and the manager corrected it unprompted and made my day. Very friendly and dedicated staff.
Very busy and fast moving establishment. It's in a very nice area. The staff were friendly. I tried the ham and swiss croissant. It was delicious.
