Yutaka Grill & Sushi Buffet

This probably the cleanest asian buffet in town that's why it's my favorite to come back to. The food is usually all pretty fresh. The sushi is good. The egg drop soup is the best in town. It's not a huge buffet but the food seems fresher and it's cleaner than most. The only thing I would recommend though, is if you have children who may be picky eaters or who refuse to eat, the waitress might keep an extra set of eyes on your kids to ensure the kids who didn't buy a meal or buffet don't eat off another person's plate. They are super serious about it That's the only downfall.

Yutaka Grill & Sushi Buffet has been a frequent restaurant that died in my family enjoy dining in. The pandemic has obviously cracked a lot of restaurants and created difficulties for some businesses. Yutaka Grill & Sushi Buffet have survived the pandemic one thing I noticed about the effects of the pan to make is that the restaurant does not put as much food out for its customers to select from. The selections are not as wide or broad as they have been on the buffet lines and the amount in each selection is minimal. I spoke to someone about it and they said it was to reduce the chance of exposure to anything at all which, I think is a good idea. One thing that I noticed was that they now make you wear gloves that they provide that are health and safety in SF and you have to wear them in order to select your own food from the buffet the food is just as tasty and delicious as it was before and the atmosphere is open and nice and clean! The staff there is now very very happy and happy to serve plus they are very accommodating for everything that you need. They were very low on miso soup we asked to have some fresh soup made and they made a whole pot for my family and I which is a group of 10. So I'm going to have to give the restaurant two thumbs up out of two thumbs up. We will trust the restaurants management staff and wait staff in order to be able to be served delicious sushi and delicious entrees very good and happy to be back at Yutaka Grill and sushi buffet.

Absolutely love this place. The selection is about half because of COVID but they take safety serious. Gloves available before serving. The sushi options are fantastic and I feel well taken care of when I'm there. I frequent about once a week because of how delicious the food is and the price point. Can not be beat. Favorite restaurant hands down

I have been here many times for lunch. The buffet food is typical of most Asian buffets, but the selection of sushi sets it apart from other restaurants. I didn't give it a perfect rating in part because they ratchet up the dinner buffet price when I thought that the lunch pricing was perfectly acceptable. Yes, I know that's a common practice, but if you want to pay more for dinner, I can think of better alternatives.

Lunch prices are fantastic for what you get. There are so many kinds of sushi here, and they're all delicious. The staff is very polite and attentive. We've gone at least ten times in the past six months. The green beans are absolutely to die for, and my partner is addicted to the steamed buns. Thank you for your hospitality!
