This Braums better than most as far as the restaurant segment...they actually pay attention to doing things right...including not over-cooking the tater tots. Grocery store area run well too. Drive through is efficient.

They must have a new manager at this location because the store was cleaner than I had ever seen it. I've been here countless times. The food and ice cream are always excellent but the store is now very clean. Impressed.

Best ice cream in the usa and cones to match. I have traveled many places in my 28 years working for a airline for both business and fun. Ice cream is a favorite for everyone. Braum's is hard to beat anywhere.

Let me start by saying that because of Leon, It’s the best customer service I’ve ever received out of all the Braums. I ordered a tuxedo Sunday (which is pretty commonly made incorrectly with chocolate syrup but should be hot fudge). When I took it back the person that helped me, named Leon, was so nice and went so out of his way to correct the problem, that I still think that they deserve five stars!

Today is a great day. Stopped in at Brahms for a double meat cheeseburger large fries and a chocolate shake. The DM was here and they were Jenny on the spot. Food came right out very hot and fresh. The pic of the french fry below is the shortest french fry. I had one that was almost a foot long. I wish I’d taken a picture of it straight out Idaho. This place is definitely killing it

Ordered from S Harvard location of Braum’s and they came through with as much hot fudge they could add as possible and it was super good!! Don’t worry there wasn’t any hot fudge drenched but enough to get the fudge taste!! I recommend to go hear!! Thank you to the workers especially the man who made this!! 🕶
